Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is with the Liverpool Hope University and the University of Arad. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University.

Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.

Prof. Wenfeng Wang

International Academy of Visual Art and Engineering, London, UK

Professor Dr. Wenfeng Wang is currently the editor in chief of International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IJEEE) and International journal of Applied Nonlinear Science (IJANS). He is also a professor in Shanghai Institute of Technology. He is the director of International Academy of Visual Art and Engineering in London and the JWE Technological Research Center in Shanghai. He is also a tenured professor in IMT Institute in India and the director of Sino-Indian Joint research center of artificial intelligence and robotics. He was selected in 2018 as a key tallent in Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a reviewer of many SCI journals, including some top ones - Water Research, Science China-Information Sciences, Science of the Total Environment, Environmental Pollution, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering and etc. He served as a keynote speaker of AMICR2019, IACICE2020, OAES2020, 3DIT-MSP&DL2020, NAMSP2021, ICCAES 2021, CSAMCS 2021 and etc.

Prof. Dr.Srikanta Patnaik

I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc..

Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals.  

He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA.

He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited more than 20 countries across the globe and visiting professors to some of the universities.

Prof. Dr. Gang Sun

University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China

Gang Sun is a full professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He has received his Ph.D. degrees in Information and Communication Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2012. He was a visiting professor at The Australian National University in 2015. His research interests include network virtualization, data center networking, cloud computing, high performance computing, parallel and distributed systems, ubiquitous/pervasive computing and intelligence and cyber security. He has published over 160 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, etc. He has published 6 books and more than 70 invention patents. He has given academic reports at international conferences more than 10 times. He has served as reviewers of more than 20 international journals such as IEEE TII, IEEE WC, IEEE TWC, IEEE TITS, IEEE TCC, IEEE TSC, IEEE IoTJ, IEEE TVT, IEEE TNSM, IEEE TIFS, FGCS, JNCA, etc. He is a member of IEEE and ACM.

Prof.Xudong Jiang

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Xudong Jiang (Fellow of IEEE) received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), and the Ph.D. degree from Helmut Schmidt University, Hamburg, Germany. From 1998 to 2004, he was with the Institute for Infocomm Research, A-Star, Singapore, as a Lead Scientist and the Head of the Biometrics Laboratory. He joined Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, as a Faculty Member in 2004. Currently, he is a Assoc. Professor in School of EEE, NTU. Dr Jiang  holds 7 patents and has authored over 200 papers with over 40 papers in the IEEE journals, where 30 papers in IEEE Signal Processing Society Journals and 6 papers in IEEE T-PAMI. Three of his journal papers have been listed as the top 1% highly cited papers in the academic field of Engineering by Essential Science Indicators. He also published 38 papers in IEEE-SP conferences ICASSP/ICIP/ICME and 13 papers in top conferences CVPR/ICCV/ECCV. He served as IEEE-SPS IFS TC Member from 2015 to 2017, Associate Editor for IEEE SPL from 2014 to 2018 and Associate Editor for IEEE T-IP from 2016 to 2020. Dr Jiang is currently an IEEE Fellow and serves as Senior Area Editor for IEEE T-IP and Editor-in-Chief for IET Biometrics. His current research interests include Signal/image processing, machine learning, pattern recognition and computer vision.

Prof. Dr. Roumen Kountchev

Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria

Roumen Kountchev, Ph.D., D. Sc. is a professor at the Faculty of Telecommunications, Department of Radio Communications and Video Technologies at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria.

His scientific areas of interest are: digital signal and image processing, image compression, multimedia watermarking, video communications, pattern recognition and neural networks. Prof. Kountchev has 341 papers published in magazines and conference proceedings (71 international); 15 books; 46 book chapters; 20 patents (3 international). He had been principle investigator of 38 research projects (6 international).

At present he is a member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences (EMAAS) and President of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (member of Intern. Association for Pattern Recognition). Editorial board member of: Intern. Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems; Intern. Journal Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience; KES Focus Group on Intelligent Decision Technologies; Egyptian Computer Science Journal; Intern. Journal of Bio-Medical Informatics and e-Health, and Intern. Journal Intelligent Decision Technologies. He has been a plenary speaker at: WSEAS Intern. Conf. on Signal Processing 2009, Istanbul; WSEAS Intern. Conf. on Signal Processing, Robotics and Automation, University of Cambridge 2010, UK; WSEAS Intern. Dr. Yonghang Tai

Yunnan Normal University, China

From 2009-2012, Dr. Yonghang Tai studied in Yunnan Normal University and got his bachelor’s degree. He has received his Ph. D on Computer Science from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. He has hosted 4 Fund projects including Deakin University Postgraduate Research Full Scholarship, Yunnan Education Commission, Yunnan Natural Science Foundation, Yunnan Education Commission. He has published more than 30 papers, 5 of which has been indexed by SCI. He is the Co-Editor of International Journal of Telemedicine and Clinical Practices and Machine learning and data analytics.His research interests include VR/AR/MR in surgical simulation, Physic-based rendering, Medial image processing.

Dr. Shoulin Yin

Shenyang Normal University, China

Shoulin Yin is a PhD. Currently he is a lecture in Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang, China and the Deputy Director of Intelligent Information Processing Laboratory in Shenyang Normal University. He has published more than 100 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include Software Engineering, AI, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Image processing, Remote Sensing, Pattern Recognition. Dr. Yin's research work focuses on various image processing and computation communication methods through technology, developing new and innovative approaches for industrial control, remote sensing image, medical imaging. He has worked with hospitals, education groups in China and internationally on a number of projects. Dr. Yin has worked with a number of engineers, educator. Projects included work with images, sensors, web applications, and HIPAA compliant cloud servers. His experience extends to working with military institution in China. Prof. Dr. Hang Li is a Professor and master supervisor in the Software College, Shenyang Normal University. His research interests include Software Engineering, AI, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Network Protocol Design and Verification, Distributed Systems, cloud and edge computing, blockchain, Image processing. He is the president of Software College, Shenyang Normal University. He is the director of Intelligent Information Processing Laboratory. His research has been funded by NSFC, and Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He is a Senior Member of CCF, a member of IEEE. He had published more than 50 papers related to the research area. He had been awarded by Outstanding Young Backbone Teacher of Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province (Education Department of Liaoning province 200612225), Second prize of National Defense Science and Technology Award of Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense 2005GFJ2126-6), First Prize of Science and Technology Award of China North Industries Group (China North Industries Group 2005-BQJ-1-0019-6).

Dr. Roumiana Koutcheva, S.R.

TK Engineering, Bulgaria

Roumiana Kountcheva is Vice President of TK Engineering. She got her MSc and PhD at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and became Senior Researcher (SR) at TIE, in 1993. 

R. Kountcheva had two post-doc trainings in Japan (Fujitsu, 1977 and Fanuc, 1980). She has more than 200 publications (including 32 book chapters and 5 patents), and presented 23 plenary speeches at international conferences and workshops. She is a member of IRIEM, IDSAI, IJBST Journal Group, and Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition. 

R. Kountcheva participated as PI, Co-PI and team member of 47 scientific research projects. She is a reviewer of WSEAS conferences and journals, and edited several books for Springer SIST series. Her scientific areas of interest are in image processing and analysis, image watermarking and data hiding, multidimensional image representation, tensor representation, pyramidal image decompositions, image and video compression, CNC, programmable controllers, etc.
